FAQ
Is there an enterprise tier?
No. We don't offer SLAs, dedicated support, custom jurisdictions, or one-off integrations. If you need those, the Business tier may not be enough — that's OK, and we'll happily recommend a competitor with a sales team.
What happens if I exceed my plan's call limit?
You get HTTP 429 with an error code RATE_LIMITED. No overage charges. Upgrade to the next tier when you're ready, or wait until the next billing period resets.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly only at launch. If we add annual we'll likely give 2 months free.
